Arpan has been a practicing physiotherapist for 12 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge about musculoskeletal, orthopaedic issues and sports injuries and has experience in dealing with MVA and WSIB clients. She is certified in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and her advanced training enables her to treat various pelvic health conditions like pelvic girdle pain, incontinence, multi organ prolapse, rectus diastasis, vaginismus and all other pelvic floor conditions.

Chandni received her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India, and her Master degree in Health and Rehabilitation from the University of Western Ontario. Chandni has been working as a Physiotherapist since last 10 years. She has vast knowledge of therapeutic exercises and pain management skills emerging from her experience in handling clients with various ailments. Chandni has a special interest in physiotherapy treatment for pelvic health, musculoskeletal and neurological problems. She is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, the Canadian Physiotherapist Association and the Women health. Chandni has strong passion towards pelvic health and her interest in pelvic health emerged after hearing stories from friends who developed pelvic health dysfunctions after pregnancy. Chandni was fascinated by the ways beyond which a pelvic health physiotherapist can do a lot more to correct pelvic health dysfunction than just Kegel exercises. Chandni received training in treating pelvic floor related ailments with focus on incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy & many more.

Chandni has also included acupuncture in her skill set and has completed Level 1 with Acupuncture Canada. She continues to take further courses to enhance her skills in acupuncture, manual therapy & myofascial release techniques. While attending UWO, Chandni was a teaching assistant in the Physical Therapy program. She has also done research in orthopedics and long-term care. Chandni is a proud mother of beautiful twins (boy & girl) and enjoys playing with them most of her time. In her spare time, she also likes to cook, read and work out.
